Master’s in Information Engineering | Fachhochschule Kiel, Germany

During my Master’s in Information Engineering, I had the opportunity to work on real-world projects that combined cutting-edge software development practices with industry needs. My focus was on microservices architecture, software modernization, and scalable cloud solutions.

🔹 Master’s Project – ComfNet Solutions GmbH

I contributed to the development of a microservice-based application for ComfNet Solutions GmbH. My project, titled "Software Architecture and Design for a Modular & Multi-Platform-Based Digital Receptionist Application," involved designing a flexible and scalable software architecture to support multiple platforms efficiently. This experience strengthened my expertise in modular software design, cloud integration, and service-oriented architecture.

🔹 Master’s Thesis – Immosolve GmbH

For my thesis, I collaborated with Immosolve GmbH to analyze and identify the best methodology for modernizing the housing industry’s monolithic legacy CRM. This research focused on transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a scalable, cloud-based solution, ensuring better performance, maintainability, and future-proofing.

These experiences not only deepened my technical expertise in software architecture, cloud technologies, and system modernization but also provided hands-on collaboration with industry leaders to solve complex real-world challenges. 🚀

Digitalization Engineer – INGravure GmbH, Kiel, Germany (Hybrid)

🚀 Led the cloud migration of on-premise servers to AWS, leveraging ECS and Docker to transition a monolithic application into a scalable SaaS-oriented architecture.

💡 Developed and maintained database and application software using Python, C#, PHP, VB.NET, and SQL, ensuring high-quality standards and robust system performance.

🔗 Integrated front-end and back-end systems using Vue.js and MongoDB, enabling seamless API development and a cohesive digital transformation.

For my final year project, I worked on algorithm modification for Hygienic Activity Recognition using RFID sensor data, optimizing detection accuracy through data processing and pattern recognition. Implementing the solution in Java, I enhanced the efficiency and precision of activity recognition models, contributing to smart monitoring systems.
